In our project, we aimed to produce:

• Two tools facilitating high-level workplace learning and knowledge co-creation, together with their respective methodological guidelines
• A tool leveraging data-driven insights for informed decision-making when designing, developing, promoting and adopting educational and training policies and initiatives, together with its respective methodological guidelines;
• A set of recommendations targeting the operationalization of knowledge exchange and co-creation between academia and the public and private sectors;
• A set of meta-micro-credentials to attend to on-demand high-level upskilling and reskilling of knowledge workers.
