Student Volunteers
Call for participation
We invite Student Volunteers (SVs) for the 36th European Conference on Cognitive Ergonomics (ECCE 2025), taking place from 7–10 October 2025 in Tallinn, Estonia.
This year’s theme is Critical reflection for a better tomorrow, and as student volunteers, you will have a unique opportunity to actively participate, network with experts, and gain valuable experience organizing an international scientific conference.
Important Information
- Conference Dates: 7–10 October 2025
- Availability Required: 6–10 October 2025 (arrival on 6 October for preparation and orientation)
- Location: Tallinn University, Tallinn, Estonia
- Number of Volunteers Needed: 8 main volunteers + 2 backups
- Eligibility: PhD candidates, PhD students, Junior Researchers, and other similar roles
We require your availability for the entire week, though each volunteer will not need to attend every session each day. Typically, 4-6 volunteers will be on duty each day.
What You will do
- Assist with registration and info desk
- Support technical setup and session transitions
- Guide participants and answer questions
- Help speakers and organizers on-site
