Process Overview
The process starts with ACM’s integrity check. This will make the papers visible to ACM staff, who will review the integrity checks to verify that there are no residual problems. If any problems are found, the Publication Chairs will get back to you with details of any requested changes.
Authors will be informed when their accepted papers have passed the integrity checks and are ready to submit to the ACM rights system to continue the publication process.
When preparing for publication, please note that ACM switched to a single-column manuscript for its camera-ready format. The purpose of the updated process is to increase the accessibility of articles published in the ACM Digital Library. The following instructions will help you in formatting the camera-ready version of your ECCE 2025 paper. Please read all of them carefully before submitting the final version of your article.
Camera-ready versions of your ECCE 2025 contributions are submitted through The ACM Publishing System (TAPS) only.
- You will get an invitation to complete your ACM eRights review form. This precedes the actual submission of your contribution through TAPS.
- After completing the ACM eRights review form, you will receive an email from tapsadmin@aptaracorp.awsapps.com with a link through which you can access TAPS (check your email spam folders).
- Submit your contribution through TAPS using the link sent to you by email.
Important!
- Check ACM provided best practice guidelines for the submission process with TAPS: https://www.acm.org/publications/taps/taps-best-practices.
- Ensure that the title and abstract fields in the TAPS submission page match the text in your paper.
- Double-check the author’s name, affiliation, and email in the paper for correctness.
- Ensure all 3rd party material is properly documented. Review the copyright policy: https://www.acm.org/publications/policies/publication-rights-and-licensing-policy
- Comply with the proceeding’s templates and formatting.
