Toolkit for interorganisational collaborative learning
Supporting collaborative knowledge creation across organisations
The toolkit is designed to facilitate learning between SMEs, small and large companies, startups, NGOs to start working together.
The toolkit provides a workshop structure, canvases, facilitation methods, and ideation cards that help participants share experiences, identify common goals, and take the first steps toward co-creating solutions together. Rather than focusing only on networking, the toolkit aims to facilitate meaningful interaction by establishing a shared understanding for collective problem-solving.
The toolkit structure was based on findings from semi-structured interviews with manufacturing ecosystem members and was validated through three pivoting workshops conducted with micro and small companies within the Transform project (Nov 2025- Jan 2026). The toolkit structure, methods and tools were the outcome of doctoral research.
What is inside the toolkit?
1. Matchmaking Canvas
Identify each company’s strengths, needs, and shared goals.

Discuss each company’s experience in reaching shared goals through identifying challenges, enablers, methods, and tools.
3. Inspiration cards
Facilitate discussion on given topics by providing examples and questions.
